Exercise Classes

Get boxing or participate in other exercise groups, while you connect with others and get fit and healthy at the same time.

Red Tulip Walks

Red Tulip Walks are a fun way to enjoy nature and raise funds and awareness of Parkinson’s in the community. Recent Red Tulip Walks have been held in Mt Manganui, Rotorua, and Manawatu as well as a 16 kilometre trek through the Cape Wildlife Sanctuary in Hawkes Bay.
