    Regular Groups & Meetings

    Exercise Classes

    Dunedin

    Every Monday 10.30 - 11.30, followed by a cuppa.  1st floor of the Physio School, opposite Dunedin Dental School (Great King Street). Cost: $2pp is appreciated.

    Before attending this Parkinsons exercise class you will need to be assessed by a physiotherapist from the Dunedin School of Physiotherapy. Please phone to make an appointment: 479 5757. There will be a charge for this service.

    Mosgiel

    Every Wednesday 10.30 - 11.30 followed by a cuppa.  Mosgiel Presbyterian Church, Church Street.  Cost $5.  

    Alexandra/Clyde

    Every Wednesday 1pm - 2pm. Cost $5.

    You will need to be first assessed by a Physiotherapist at Dunstan Hospital free of charge. Please phone 03 440 4300.

    Queenstown

    Gym Warriors

    Friday, 11am-12pm at Anytime Fitness Gym, 92 Macandrew Road, South Dunedin, $5 per person. This is self-run where you are able to use the gym equipment at your own pace. Phone Paula on 03 262 7040 for more details.

    South Dunedin

    Tuesday, 1:30pm – 2:30pm, St Patricks Community Centre 32 Macandrew Road, the room is at the far end of the large red brick building. Plenty of free parking. Cost $5pp

    Support Meetings & Catch Ups

    Coffee and Chat Club for people with Parkinson's, carers and family/friends

    1st Friday of each month, 2pm at Tasse Cafe, Mornington Shopping Centre, Dunedin. 

    Oamaru Coffee and Chat Club

    Third Thursday Drinks

    Drinks on the third Thursday of each month at The Village Green Café & Bar, Sunnyvale Sports Centre, Sunnyvale, Dunedin. From 5pm onwards (starting up again on Thursday 21st Feb 2019)
