Shakers and Movers - singing for therapy
Join us tuesday mornings for an hour of fun and therapy. Singing is proven to be benifical to vocal clarity, breathing. swallowing, posture and mood. Join us for vocal exercises, a few old favourites, follwed by morning tea. EVERYONE WELCOME.
This is group is open to anyone with a neurological condtition not just Parkinsons.
10.00am - Linton Park Community Centre 16 Kamahi Place. Entry by donation.
Next meeting: October- 17th, 24th and 31st. November - 14th, 21st and 28th. December 5th and 12th.
ROTORUA Coffee Group
Held approximately every 6 weeks at 10am on a Tuesday.
Next: 13th November Parksyde Community Centre, Tarewa Place.
13th December Christmas get together at The Terrace Kitchen 1029 Tutanekei Street 10am ($13.00 per head and RSVP by 5th Dec)

Taupo Cosmopolitan Club 5:00- 6:00 pm. Informal chat and get together with other's in the district living with Parkinson’s. EVEYONE WELCOME.
