Working with our Communications and Fundraising Team, this role will be responsible for working closely with our members out in the regions to ensure application grants are targeted and completed appropriately.  Part of this role will be developing strong relationships and networks with funders and potential funders.

Donor Fundraiser

Wellington

Do you have experience growing networks with individual donors and volunteer fundraisers? Then we would love to hear from you!

Working with our Communications and Marketing team, this role will be responsible for supporting the development of, implementing and managing Parkinson’s New Zealand’s fundraising plans with a particular focus on sustainability and growing individual donors.

The successful applicant will have the following experience:
•    Practical knowledge of fundraising in New Zealand
•    Appeal and donor acquisitions
•    Major gift solicitation and bequest prospecting
•    Managing volunteer fundraisers
•    Planning and implantation of fundraising activities
