If for any reason you need to return goods, either for faulty or unordered goods, the following conditions apply and will be adhered to:
Goods may be returned to Parkinson's New Zealand and no questions asked provided that the goods are returned within 14 (seven) days from the date of dispatch; the goods will not be accepted unless they have been returned freight paid and the goods are in original condition and returned in their original packaging.
An exchange or refund for the goods will be made by Cheque, or a Credit Card refund. All refunds will be made in New Zealand currency. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Shipping and handling
Please open and inspect all goods within 24 hours of receiving the goods to ensure there has been no damage in transit in any way. Sometimes the packaging may appear to be perfect but the product inside is not - please open and inspect. If the product is damaged in any way please contact us for further instruction.
